GEOKORE developed the energy audit and energy concept for a spa resort consisting of three hotels in Veneto. The study involved the development of an energy model to assess the thermal requirements of the buildings, comparing the current situation with proposed energy efficiency scenarios.
GEOKORE performed a Thermal Response Test (TRT) in a school in the Lombardy capital. The results showed the presence of significant groundwater flow, which required interpretation of the data using the MLS analytical solution.
GEOKORE developed an energy model and a numerical model of heat flow and transport to verify the sizing of a 1.5MW geothermal well system for air conditioning at the production site of an international company in Lombardy.

Feasibility study for heating system retrofit
GEOKORE verified the design of a 220kW closed loop system and supported the development phase of the functional P&I layout of the geothermal heat pump system for a facility in Trentino.
GEOKORE conducted a technical, economic, and energy feasibility analysis for a hotel's heating system, proposing the installation of 20 vertical and inclined BHEs (200 kW) combined with a heat recovery system from the AHU to recharge the borefield.
GEOKORE designed a 24kW closed loop system, from the execution of the TRT to the supervision of on-site operations for a tourism facility in Veneto.
